Whistleblowing

Caffaro Industrie S.p.A. considers legality, ethics, transparency and integrity to be fundamental values in carrying out all its activities.

In line with these principles and in compliance with the applicable whistleblowing legislation, in particular Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, the Company has adopted an internal reporting system aimed at preventing, identifying and addressing unlawful conduct, irregularities, as well as violations of laws, regulations, Code of Ethics and internal procedures.

The Whistleblowing reporting channel is a tool made available to employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers and all parties having business relationships with Caffaro Industrie S.p.A., enabling them to report, in good faith, any non-compliant conduct, while ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person concerned and the content of the report, as well as protection against any form of retaliation.

In this context, Caffaro Industrie S.p.A. has:

  • adopted a Whistleblowing Reporting Management Procedure governing the modalities, timelines and individuals involved in the receipt and handling of reports;
  • identified the persons responsible for managing reports, in compliance with the requirements of autonomy, independence and competence set out by the applicable legislation.


Reporting Methods
Reports may be submitted through the following channels:

  • via the dedicated Whistleblowing platform, in accordance with the operational procedures adopted by Caffaro Industrie S.p.A.;
  • by requesting a direct meeting with the person responsible for handling reports, through the Whistleblowing platform.
